Carpentry
Thanks to continuous technological innovations and numerous patents obtained, we have developed advanced and durable bed bases, made of beech plywood and carbon fiber, without ever neglecting the elegance of design.
The production cycle is divided into two main phases:
- the making of the frames – both fixed and adjustable
- and the preparation of the slats, carefully designed and then precisely assembled to the frames.
MyForm
In the chemical department, polyurethane takes shape and is used to create the Myform cores, the technological heart of our mattresses. Through specific formulas, studied in every detail, we obtain blocks of Myform with different technical characteristics depending on the proportions and quantities of raw materials used. This is how the different variants are born, such as Myform Extension, Memory Air and many others – each designed to meet precise needs of comfort, support and breathability.

Springs
The processing of steel wire, carried out using state-of-the-art machinery, makes it possible to create every single spring with precision and artisanal care. Thanks to advanced technologies and cutting-edge solutions, Dorelan has developed a range of spring systems that today represent a benchmark in the international bedding panorama for innovation, quality and reliability.

Tailoring
In Dorelan’s tailoring department, expert hands shape every detail of the mattress: from covers to side bands, down to the finishing of the padding. It is one of the company’s most artisanal departments, where specialized craftsmanship is dedicated to custom cutting, assembly of side bands and sartorial sewing of the covers. A meticulous and valuable work, combining tradition, care and high technical expertise.

Assembly
Every detail and study, carried out on individual components, takes shape in the construction and realization of the finished product. Once assembly is completed, all mattresses undergo a thorough final inspection in order to eliminate any production defects and to ensure hygiene standards. The inspected products are identified with specific shipping labels and stored according to criteria established by the loading and the transport plan.
